The problem with pet care today
The UK pet care market has doubled in 14 years. We have more pets, more technology, and more emotional investment than ever before. And yet most pet owners are still managing their pet's health through memory, screenshots, and hope. Here's why we believe system hasn't kept up and what continuity of care actually means to us at flüf and as pet mums.
Why we built flüf
I wanted a fitness tracker for my dogs, aka ‘the boys’. I kept looking, but what I found took me by surprise: every option let me store data, but none could tell me the story. Bentley and Cooper’s health records, behaviour observations, vet notes, all scattered across emails, docs and my own memory. The only thread connecting them was me.
